Shipping, Delivery and Returns
Once you have placed your order, we will carefully pack and ship it with love within 72 hours. All orders are shipped 100% carbon neutral from Australia via Sendle. Please allow 7-14 days depending on your location for standard delivery order to safely arrive at your door after dispatch.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Please note that not all items are eligible for returns. To be eligible for a return:
1/ Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.
2/ Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging.
3/ All clearance items or items that state so in the product description are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.To start a return, you can contact us using the chat box below or email us at email@example.com. We will ask you to send us photos of the product. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
However, if it has already been dispatched, you'll need to go through our returns process. We're making every effort to get you your order as soon as possible, but occasionally an order may be processed before we have a chance to change it. Please make sure that you have selected the correct items when placing your order.
But don’t worry! We've got you covered. As long as the item is still in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging, just contact our friendly team and we'll make it right. We'll organize a free return shipping for you and we'll ship out the correct size. Unfortunately, clearance items are not eligible for size exchange.

If you're looking to return an item because it didn't live up to your expectations, please contact our friendly team with a photo of the product in its original condition.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package back.
Please note: Unfortunately, we can't offer refunds clearance items or when an item has been used or damaged (in any way). For refunded items, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee; this fee will automatically be deducted from any refunded amount.
