Once you have placed your order, we will carefully pack and ship it with love within 72 hours. All orders are shipped 100% carbon neutral from Australia via Sendle. Please allow 7-14 days depending on your location for standard delivery order to safely arrive at your door after dispatch.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that not all items are eligible for returns. To be eligible for a return:

1/ Item(s) have to be initiated for return and placed in the post within 30 days of the delivery/receiving of order.

2/ Item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging.

3/ All clearance items or items that state so in the product description are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

But don’t worry! We've got you covered. As long as the item is still in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered and in its original packaging, just contact our friendly team and we'll make it right. We'll organize a free return shipping for you and we'll ship out the correct size. Unfortunately, clearance items are not eligible for size exchange.
